The most viewed ITV content on Facebook, with a reach of 3.1 million and 780,000 views. Extensive newspaper and magazine coverage. Yup, this was resounding success.
When Bear Grylls made his long overdue arrival on the ITV airwaves in the form of Bear Grylls, Mission Survive, we wanted to launch with a bang. So we gate crashed This Morning. Working with the Royal Marines and our in-house marketing team, we planned and oversaw Bear zip down the Thames on a Marine Rib.
Then, in typical Bear fashion, his entrance was quite distinctly unsubdued. A rope dangling from a building, a smashed pane of glass, and a live broadcast.
