INTERNATIONAL PARITY AT WORK DAY
PROMOTING EQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE AND BEYOND
THE LAUNCH OF A GLOBAL OBSERVANCE DAY TO RAISE AWARENESS AND CHAMPION THE VALUE OF WORKPLACE DIVERSITY.
The Bulb were responsible for launching an impactful observance day, generate interest from target audiences and increase business sales for our client. We created and executed a successful social media and PR plan which increased engagement with the target audience by over 90% and coverage from several publications including The Telegraph and The Sunday Times.
The launch event was held at the iconic Cheesegrator building in the City of London and was attended by senior management from key global organisations including Barclays, Aon, PWC, IBM and John Lewis. The event hosted talks from leading figures on how the Davies Review and Hampton Alexander Review are changing the landscape for women at work, as well as inspirational talks from Harry Specters Chocolates on creating employment opportunities for people with autism. The audience were treated to fantastic multi-cultural performances by talented artists which demonstrated the importance of age and ethnicity in the workplace.
As one of our Sustainable Development Goals, promoting Gender Equality remains high on The Bulb’s priorities and we will continue to advocate and support projects which influence parity in society.
